The customer
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between persons wishing to make a purchase "The CLIENT" and the seller "billybelt.com". The seller uses a website in French and English versions.

The CUSTOMER declares to be a human person, from 18 years old, at least 18 years. In addition, the CUSTOMER must have the legal capacity or parental authorisation to place an order and make a payment on billybelt.com.
The products
Products are all items offer by BILLYBELT on its website. BILLYBELT (the seller) declines the responsibility if the CUSTOMER notices imprecisions, inaccuracies, omissions, or damages caused by hacking events. And the COSTUMER agrees with this.
The price
All product prices do not include shipping costs or customs duties. The seller, BILLYBELT, can modify its prices at any time and without notice.
The availability of products
The seller, BILLYBELT, undertakes to honour the orders received on the billybelt.com website only within the limits of available stocks. If one or more products ordered are not available, the seller, BILLYBELT, undertakes to inform the CLIENT as soon as possible.
In this case, if the CUSTOMER wants to change the out of stock item with another one, the seller will modify it and change the order and its bill immediately.

The order
The CUSTOMER can buy via the billybelt.com website. The amount of the order will be payable in full in one go. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order is immediately registered if it consists of at least one product and acceptance of payment by the CLIENT.
The order generates the irrevocable acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order cannot be registered without the CUSTOMER's consent to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the billybelt.com website at the time of the validation process. This consent includes the knowledge and acceptance of the CLIENT. The CLIENT will generate it by a virtual action consisting of checking the box dedicated to this purpose.
The CUSTOMER agrees to inform the seller, BILLYBELT, of his identity, contact details, and billing and delivery addresses to facilitate and complete his order. The CUSTOMER must provide this information accurately and truthfully. The CUSTOMER may contact Customer Service within 8 hours (EIGHT HOURS) after the time and date of the order to request a correction of the information provided. If the order is not complete (payment, settlement, delivery or any other blocking/refusal situation), the seller, BILLYBELT, declines all responsibility for the order delivery.
If the CUSTOMER gives wrong information to the seller, BILLYBELT, the CUSTOMER is responsible for all consequences. The costs generated by its error must pay by the CUSTOMER only. The CUSTOMER will always inform by email of the success of its payment.
When its transaction is a success, the CUSTOMER will receive its order reference. At the same time, The CUSTOMER will receive a tracking order number to follow all steps of its delivery. Order reference and order tracking are both available on his customer account.
The billing
The products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation and remain the property of the seller, BILLYBELT, until full payment is received. A summary invoice of the order can be requested; to do so, the CUSTOMER must contact customer service by email at: contact@billybelt.com.
The delivery and returns
On this page, the CUSTOMER will be informed of its orders' delivery and return conditions. The CUSTOMER can find the following information: Delivery zones, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, delivery costs, the cost and return procedure for products. For your information, for deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Sale or discounted items can be returned within your 14-day right of withdrawal, which begins on the date you receive your order. To request a return for a sale or discounted item, you can submit your request through your customer account or contact our customer service directly by email at contact@billybelt.com.
The payment
The CUSTOMER can pay by bank card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard) or via a Paypal account.
The CUSTOMER's order will be registered by the seller, BILLYBELT, as soon as the banking service accepts the payment. The CUSTOMER must enter the type of card, the name on the card, the card number, the expiry date and the security code located on the back of the card in the spaces provided.
The seller guarantees the safety of all payment transactions of the CUSTOMER. Furthermore, BILLYBELT implements all the means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the web and the internet site www.billybelt.com. In this respect, the said website provides the CLIENT's credit card data encryption using 3D secure.
The credit and refund
All products can be returned and are eligible for a refund or store credit.
BILLYBELT will process refund or store credit requests for returned products, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund or store credit request and product returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the customer's order receipt date.
- The products must be new. They must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- The reason for the refund or store credit must be deemed valid by the seller, BILLYBELT.
- The customer may request a refund or store credit for one or more items in their order.
If the refund request is approved, BILLYBELT will process the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned products. Returns received following a late refund request will be sent back to the customer. No refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 (right of withdrawal) of the French Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. This period begins on the day the order is received by the CUSTOMER or a third party designated by them. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify BILLYBELT of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period by emailing BILLYBELT Customer Service at contact@billybelt.com. The CUSTOMER will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of their request, along with a return number and a return label to affix to the package. The label ensures that return shipping costs are not payable.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased product(s) and any delivery charges will be refunded to the CUSTOMER upon receipt of the package or proof of shipment of the item(s). Return shipping costs will be covered by BILLYBELT (for shipments from FRANCE only).
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal to return the product(s).
The product(s) must be returned in new condition (unworn, undamaged, and clean) and must not have been used for an extended period (beyond the time necessary for testing). They must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories.
The proof
Computerized records, stored in the computer systems of BILLYBELT and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communication, orders and payments made between the parties.

Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve any dispute with BILLYBELT amicably.
After consumers have first contacted BILLYBELT in writing, the mediator's service may be used for any consumer dispute that has not been resolved.

The applicable law
Any order implies the CUSTOMER's acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction. In the event of difficulty or complaint connected with an order, the CUSTOMER may contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
Intellectual property
All elements of the billybelt.com website, both visual and underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. They are the exclusive property of the company.
Users who have a personal website and wish to place a simple link on their site, for personal use, that redirects directly to the billybelt.com homepage, must first obtain authorization from BILLYTEX. This does not constitute an implicit affiliation agreement.
billybelt.com collects personal data from the CLIENT and, where applicable, from the recipient of the Order. The CLIENT is informed that this automated data processing, including the management of users' email addresses, has been declared to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the CLIENT has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning him/her.
