Membership in the BBLT Club is automatic upon creation of your account on our website.

Membership is completely free.

For every euro spent, you earn 1 loyalty point. You can also earn bonus points by completing missions.

Your loyalty points can be redeemed for rewards at any time; simply choose your reward and click "redeem my points."

Your loyalty points will expire after one year of inactivity from the date you last earned them.

To view your balance, log in to your customer area. Your balance will be visible in your customer account, in the "Loyalty" section, as well as at the top of this page.

Whether you place an order online or in our BILLYBELT stores, you'll accumulate loyalty points as long as you use the same customer account and email address. Your rewards can then be redeemed in-store or online.

Once you've redeemed your points to get your voucher, you can apply it to your cart or retrieve the promo code and paste it into the "discount code" section at checkout.

You can also find all available rewards at the top of this page and apply them to your cart by logging into your customer account.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date you redeem your points.

Points are automatically generated upon completion of the mission. For each purchase, points are credited after the 14-day return period. Points are automatically deducted if the order has been fully or partially refunded.

Your €10 voucher will be credited to your account once your referral has placed their first order.
