Christmas deliveries and returns

Returns

For orders placed until December 24, 2024, returns are extended until January 31, 2025.

Guaranteed delivery

We guarantee delivery of your items before Christmas:

- for all orders placed by December 22 if you choose express delivery.

- for all orders placed by noon on December 19, if you opt for standard home delivery.

- for all orders placed by the evening of December 19, if you opt for relay point delivery.

- Relay point (Chronopost): €5

- At home (UPS Standard): €6.50

- Express 24h* (UPS Express): €9.90

*Only in mainland France. For all orders placed before 3 p.m., your packages will be delivered the next day - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. Items should be sent to the following address:

BILLYBELT, 40 Avenue Paul Langevin, ZA Ravennes les Francs 59910 BONDUES (FRANCE)

All returned items must be labeled, in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) and in their original packaging. BILLYBELT will not be required to accept a return for an item that does not comply with these conditions and will not issue a refund.

Any return request will automatically result in a refund request. Only the equivalent of the returned items will be refunded, shipping costs incurred to receive your order will not be refunded.

No exchange request will be taken into account. If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you to return the product in order to receive a refund, and to reorder. Returns of sale or discounted items are refundable until the 14th day after the date of receipt of your order. After this period, only credits will be offered.

In the event of a return from a country affected by customs duties, the customer must mention that it is only a return of goods on the customs declaration. Failing this, customs duties relating to this return will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
