DELIVERY
For your information, for deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order and remain the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses delivery due to non-payment of these fees, BILLYBELT reserves the right to deduct them from the refund amount.
Sale or discounted items can be returned within your 14-day right of withdrawal, which begins on the date you receive your order. To request a return for a sale or discounted item, you can do so through your customer account or contact our customer service directly by email at contact@billybelt.com.
In the event of a refund request, we will refund the value of the returned item(s) and not the shipping costs incurred to receive your order.

For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, 2 possible delivery methods:
- €5 with Chronopost relay points for orders under €80 and €3 for orders over €80.
- €6.90 at home with UPS.
For Austria, Denmark, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and the Czech Republic: €6.90 at home with UPS.
For Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Swden, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: €7.90 at home with UPS.
For Croatia, Finland, Greece, Malta, Romania and Vatican: €9.90 at home with UPS.
For other European countries: €12 at home with UPS.
Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer. Outside the European Union, sales prices are exclusive of taxes.
ABROAD
For Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Mayotte, Martinique and Réunion: €12 at home with Colissimo. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer. Outside the European Union, sales prices are exclusive of taxes.
For the United States and Canada: €14 at home with DHL.
Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer. Outside the European Union, sales prices are exclusive of taxes.
Depending on the shipping country, your package will be shipped via UPS and the price varies between €14 and €22. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer. Outside the European Union, sales prices are exclusive of taxes.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
In the event of a return from a country subject to customs duties, the customer must state that it is only a return of goods on the customs declaration. Failing this, the customs duties relating to this return will be the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. Only one return will be accepted by BILLYBELT; the return shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund.
For all voucher requests, return shipping is free in mainland France (including from Corsica) with Shop2Shop (Chronopost). For all refund requests, €3 will be deducted from the total order amount (excluding delivery charges).
For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain:
